Natural, respectful airflow
AVINTAGE ageing cellars operate on a fanless system . Outside air is drawn into the cellar via the charcoal filter, giving it the ability to filter the air to bring healthy, odor-free air inside the cellar.
Our wine cellars are equipped with a permanent air cycle. This means you can leave your wines to age in peace , thanks to the renewal of air inside the cellar, allowing your bottles to develop perfectly.
Intelligent humidity control
Our ageing wine cellars are made up of a metal tank, for better performance of the cellar's interior humidity . What's more, they are equipped with a hydrodynamic system that automatically regulates the interior humidity level without adding water.
4 steps to combat vibrations
To protect your wines from vibrations, the slow-cycle compressors used in ageing cellars are equipped with special dampers called "silent-blocks". The thick polyurethane insulation absorbs vibrations.
Our wine cellar shelves are made of solid wood and absorb vibrations better than standard shelves. Our fixed rack supports are fitted with vibration-absorbing rubber pads.
Cold weather safety function
Our ageing wine cellars are designed to take care of your bottles, even in the coldest weather.
When the ambient temperature falls below 5°C, the extreme-cold safety function is activated to protect your wines from low temperatures.
State-of-the-art electronic management
DIVA EVOLUTION wine cellars are all equipped with touch-sensitive, full-colour control panels for CLIMACONTROL electronic management with LCD display of data such as :
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Lighting mode
- Alarms and error codes
